Laura Mendez,
Owner, Managing Broker
Laura shares her experience in banking, mortgages and real estate, specializing in helping homeowners facing foreclosure. She is also very active throughout the metro Denver area working with Non-Profit organizations. A Colorado native and Co-Founder of CLK Property Solutions, Laura prides herself on her knowledge of the Colorado housing market with an impressive background of over 20 years in the industry. Excellent negotiation skills, effective communication making it her top priority to providing a comparable level of service to all her clients. In her free time, Laura enjoys volunteering and teaching students’ financial literacy, traveling, paddle boarding and spending time with family and her dog Nacho.

Kathy O’Dowd,
Owner, Operations Manager
Kathy contributes over 20 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Training, Mortgage Processing and Management. A Colorado native and Co-Founder of CLK Property Solutions, Kathy has used the valuable knowledge she has accumulated over the years to educate others one on one or in a group setting on mortgage and construction loans utilizing strong communication skills and an eagerness to assist others. In her free time, Kathy is an avid SCUBA diver, loves to travel, read and take walks with her two dogs, Callie and Ollie.

Clint Reuter
Owner, Investment Manager
Clint began his interest in Real Estate over 40 years ago by working for his father in the construction industry. At the age of 26, Clint purchased his first property, a fixer-upper, and quickly turned that house into a desirable home for a new family. Since that time, Clint has continued to find and fix properties needing some help in states like Alabama, California, Colorado, North Dakota, Texas, and Washington. As a Co-Founder of CLK Property Solutions, Clint is focused on helping people find the best solution for their home based on their current situation. In his spare time, Clint loves to play hockey, ski or snowboard, and travel anywhere he hasn’t been.
